Why didn't you just do a google search for "MHI TC06-11" as stamped on the side of the turbo?

Straight away I was able to find it's from a Mitsubishi Starion: https://starion.mrbdesign.com.au/turbos.html

I had an older mitsu ute with a combined Cordia Starion engine. Wasn't anything too amazing but it pulled loads along OK.
